Welcome to the Coaching with Care Blog. A space where I aim to share my thoughts about coaching and social care, and occasionally link them together.

Both are really important to me; social care because I believe that everyone who needs care and support deserves the best possible person-centred  services regardless of their age or abilities, and coaching because it puts an individual at the heart of the process and decision making about change.

Coaching has a lot to offer those working in both  social work and social care as tool to use with staff or clients, or as a support system for people working in senior positions who may need someone to  talk to.
